The challenge: modernizing without losing the soul of the space
The 90 m² apartment presented several challenges:

The Goal? To deliver a contemporary design while preserving key elements of the apartment’s original charm.
Key stages of the renovation
1. Demolition and Preparation
The first step was to clear the space:
- Demolition of walls between the kitchen and living room to create an open, bright living area.
- Removal of outdated wall coverings and flooring.
- Stripping down plumbing and electrical systems for a full revision.
2. Designing a new layout
In collaboration with a designer, we reimagined every square meter:
- Espace de vie : Une cuisine ouverte avec un îlot central, idéale pour recevoir.
- Chambres : Optimisation des rangements avec des placards intégrés.
- Salle de bain : Transformation en une pièce moderne avec douche italienne, meuble vasque suspendu et éclairage LED.

- Pose d’un parquet en chêne clair dans toutes les pièces pour une ambiance chaleureuse.
- Application of white and taupe paint for an elegant contrast.
- Installation de fenêtres à double vitrage pour une meilleure isolation phonique et thermique.
4. Finishing touches
Every detail was refined to ensure a flawless result:
- Modern door handles, designer switches, and impeccable finishes in every room.
- Decorative elements, including wall shelves and pendant lights, to personalize the space

At the end of the renovation, the apartment was unrecognizable. The spacious, bright living room became the heart of the home, while the bathroom now offers all the comforts of modern living.
